Neil Buttery is kicking off the day in conversation with a very special guest: writer, broadcaster and journalist Tom Parker Bowles. We will be talking about Tom’s love of traditional and classic British cooking, what inspires him, and how we can keep it alive and relevant today. We’ll also be taking a peek at the food cooked and enjoyed by British Monarchs, from Queen Victoria to Charles III.
